During the reunion of MI'65 celebrating their Ruby Jubilee (40th), the Class has sponsored scholarships for two first year students for SY 2005-2006. This is the Class way of giving tribute to MCs 80th Foundation Anniversary. Good news for prospective scholars. By this coming July, two more scholarships will be added; next year 2 more until we have 8 in all every year, till we can support it. This section of our website is now alloted for any news, comments and messages from our scholars.
Dear Mr. Morante: Greetings! First let me introduce myself, I am Marie Fatima Iñigo Gaw, residing in Tabing-Ilog Marilao and a first year student of the Special Science Class Section Atom of Meycauayan College (MC) Meycauayan, Bulacan. Presently, I was lucky to be chosen as a correspondent of The Bamboo, the official newsletter of MC and the Class Vice-President. Last July, I took the examination for the scholarship program offered by your generous organization "Meycauayan Institute Batch 65" and luckily passed the said examination. It is indeed a great honor and privilege to be one of the beneficiaries of your unstinting support to the students of Meycauayan College. The financial support you have given boost our morale to study even harder and achieve academic excellence and keep the values of a good MC student. Words of gratitude are not enough to show how much we (my parents and me) are very thankful for your benevolent act. I am glad to report to you the results for the three academic period for this school year. I got an average of 95.83%, 97.44% and 97.88 for the first, second and third grading periods, respectively. Kindly see attached photocopy of the report card. I apologize that the first letter and the Christmas card that we sent to you last December 2005 were unable to to reach your office because you recently change your address. May you continue to support financially struggled students like us. Agai, thank you very much Sir and rest assured that we shall pay it forward by helping others in the future. Respectfully Yours, MARIE FATIMA IñIGO
